Default 44.1 khz loops in a 48 khz project

Hello

I am wondering if I create a project in pro tools that is 48 khz and import a loop that is 44.1 khz if it keeps the same tempo? For example if I have imported a loop that was 120bpm would it still be 120?

If you SRC it, yes.
If not, no.

okay, I tried doing SRC selecting 48 and now it's pitch shifted. I understand it will do this but if I'm making a remix how do I convert so the original vocals aren't weird sounding but in the right time?

Hmm, you must do something wrong, SRC should not pitch shift anything - that's the whole idea about SRC that it doesn't pitch shift.

How do you import the file into the session?

I'm using File>Import>Audio and then select SRC and selecting 48 then tweakhead. When I import it to a new track it's pitch shifted up about 3 octaves
