Error occurred while trying to load controller personality mbox3pro & level on mixer?

Hi,

I've seen many threads with the "Personality error message" but yet couldn't solve the problem. I'm running a win 7 pro sp 1 64 bit and pro tools 10.3.10.

Just got the mbox pro 3rd generation. I get this error message but everything seems to work...

If there wasn't this weird behavior on my mixer side...I have the output 1&2 connected to my mixer. As soon as my mbox pro is online, my mixer leds show a level (lower when using mono jacks than when using balanced mono jack to xlr). This is very disturbing. What am I doing wrong? Error in reasoning or driver problem? Please help, I'd appreciate it.

Oh, btw, I have two mbox pro interfaces at the moment, tested it with both. Same problem...
