Renewal process stalling at email verification

My email account is receiving emails just fine, no "straight to trash" preferences or anything. At one point in the renewal process, after confirming all my addresses, it tells me that a verification email has been sent. But nothing appears in my box. Is it stuck today? Do I just try later?

Well funny so I asked them to change my account email to see if I'd get the verification, and sure enough it came through, order placed, etc.

Then as part of the automatic emails I got with the order, a message shows up in my original account, the one I wasn't receiving the verification email in. Proving that the original one wasn't being sent. So it needed maybe a reset just to jog things into action.
