Pro tools 12 installation missing the stock plugins

So I've reinstalled pro tools 12 on my new Windows 8.1 pc and the stock plugins cannot be found like the lovely eq and decent compressors and maxim do you guys know why? I have all the air stuff installed and Application manager says everything is up to date and installed.

Help please .

Did you install both the AIR Effects and AIR plugin installers?

There are two extra installers to be downloaded from your Avid account along with the PT12 installer.

I have the same issue. For example, which download has the Maxim in it? Is it possible that it isn't compatible with Pro Tools 12.1 64 bit?
There are two AIR bundles, the Effects and Instruments, neither of which have Maxim, the 1176 compressor and many others that are part of the 'base' install?

I haven't seen Maxim as we don't use any PT plugins but it should be included as seen here:

If you have installed both the installers Effects and Instrument bundles you have all the plguns included in PT12.

Except I don't have Maxim or the 1176 Emulator and probably more, hence this post.

If you look in the AIR EFFECTS installer it isn't in there.

Yes PT 12.2.1 DOES in fact come with both BF 1176 and Maxim.

Go to this link BundledAAXplugins Then scroll down to Included effects, sound-processing, and utility plug-ins, and you will see what is included.

You may need to re-install the FX and or Instrument bundle.

Except nobody suggested they weren't included, I just stated that they aren't actually in the files provided for download. That link proves those plugins <i>should<i> be provided, but they aren't actually in the .zip

They are installed when you install the AIR Effects Bundle (installer 12.0 (Mac) 123.66 MB) or the AIR Effects Bundle (installer 12.0 (Win) 98.12 MB) from your account.

No they aren't as I just told you. Open the zip file and see for yourself.

And why exactly would you believe that non AIR plugins would be installed with the AIR Effects installer?
