Pro Tools 8 stops loading on Windows7
Until today, my computer was running Pro Tools 8.0.1 just fine. Yesterday, I powered everything down for about an hour to re-organize my workstation. I may not have plugged the Mbox2 back in the same USB slot, however the lights are burning bright. Checked my driver. It says it's the right one.
It seems the Mbox is recognized by the computer, but not by Pro Tools. When I try and start PT.. it gets to DAE loaded and then I get this error.. "Unable to locate Digidesign hardware. Make sure your hardware is connected and turned on. Click 'Ok' when the hardware is ready." When I click the driver properties I get this: "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)" Any solutions? Thanks!

Try going into Device Manager and uninstall the device, reboot and let Windows rediscover it.
