Default Why did Avid renewal on their site?
What happen to the renewal function on the site!!! Why was it removed!!

Avid service will not answer question!!

There was an issue with the website and a bug was introduced when they made a change to one of the products - trickle down effect but they have now fixed it and the drop down is there in your MyAvid account.

Apologies for the trouble and inconvenience corp and the rest of you who reported it.
