Missing the free "Pro Sound Effects" from my.avid.com

I think I must be stupid or something as I have yet to find the so called "Special Code" or "URL" in my "Master Account". I am completely up to date with PT HD 12.8.1 so it's not a License Issue.

Can someone please baby step me to exactly where I will find this in my Master Account.

I contacted support about it, as I am in the same boat. They replied stating that they were still in the process of rolling out this download into peoples accounts. Give it 10 days or so... then contact support if it still hasn't appeared!

I still don't have it in my Avid account.
However, when I tried to find the way to contact support, I was told to enter the support code. Do I understand correctly that in order to get help from the support, I have to first buy this code?

For account issues you can always start a case through our website even if you don't have a current plan that provides access through the Support Center link in your Avid account. I'll get a case started for you...
