Floating Track Expanded Path View Mode ... is this an HD only feature ????

as i hit a key stroke and it came up ... cannot recreate

That would be path meter view. Don't think there's a shortcut, but you probably just acidentally clicked the green button upper left hand corner of the fader view which expands/minimizes.

HI Rich, Thank you Thank you !!! thats it .. i was haphazardly clicking around on Trackpad - hate this thing .. but i have some carpel tunnel from the Mouse ..

Cool. FWIW, and everybody's hand/preference is different, but the only pointing device that doesn't give me hand pain is the old reliable Kensington expert mouse trackball: https://amzn.to/2JPdONY

I have the same issue with carpal tunnel and I use a vertical mouse. Helps a lot. I couldn’t get used to a trackball. Or trackpad.

speaking of kensingtons- anyone know if the wireless expert mouse has the exact same functionality as the wired one? I had heard the key combos shortcuts do not work unless you use their bluetooth/USB dongle as well which defeats the purpose of saving a port.
