Having the same issue as everyone else. Try to start Pro Tools and it won't activate the license that is available.

Hi,
Same issue here. Avid processes my credit card (and I tried mine and my wife's) but then when I open ProTools it simply says my license is expired and that I should contact the publisher. I tried to do so, in the first attempt (I have been having this issue for a couple of weeks now) support provided me with a temp license but it has expired AGAIN and now I'm locked out of my working tool, having recording sessions to do and clients to attend to. I tried sending more e-mails today. No answer yet. I tried to fill out a form in the customer care area, it simply won't go through. I'm desperate. Can somebody please help? |
