Default HELP! M box 2 multiple errors with pro tools 10

Hi.

So I've been using Pro Tools and M-Audio Fast Track for past 2 years, and I recently changed my interface to M Box 2. The problem I have is whenever I plug in, the lights comes out, but whenever I play the track either it doesn't play the inst/track but makes tick sounds (it's not metronome.) or get error 6104 (Pro Tools Error (-6104), CPU usage is holding off USB audio). I researched and they said reduce/decrease the buffer size. I changed to 2 processors, 128 samples and it worked totally fine. BUT, when I started recording (vocals) for 10 minutes, I started to hear these distorted buzzing/cracking sounds while recording my vocal on a inst track then the another error message appears saying "problem detected with audio clock. check that your clock source and sample rate are correct". They are correct.
So i plugged out the USB cable and put the ilok again and now pro tools won't show up although they are all plugged in unless I restart my macbook. I searched everything and solved things out step by step but it is keep going over and over with the same errors. I thought it is pro tools being ridiculous but when I use my old fast track, it works totally fine. Is it the problem with M Box 2 or did I not handle the programme well with pro tools?

It will be really appreciated if you guys could help me out because I am really confused now..
