Default Cloud collab EULA question

Here's the part of the EULA that would preclude me from ever using this feature.

7.2. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your Free Projects. When you store on or otherwise submit your content to our servers, you grant Avid (and its authorized third parties) a worldwide, royalty –free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, communicate and distribute such content. This license grant is for the limited purpose of operating and improving Pro Tools and providing new services to you

This is for the free project, there's another agreement if you purchase project space. Has anyone seen that and could you post the relevant bits here?

I understand your concern, but you are taking that one line out of context. It's preceded by "you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that
you hold in your Pro Tools Projects"
and followed by... "This license grant is for the limited purpose of operating and improving Pro Tools and providing new services to you"

So it's really just giving Avid official clearance to do what you are asking us to do by creating a Project (host, store) and inviting others to collaborate (reproduce, distribute, etc.). Remember, who you invite to collaborate in your Projects or share your tracks with is totally up to you.

Sketchy
What about the EULA for those that purchase project space, where can I find that?
thanks

See section 7 in the Software License Agreement (step 2 of installation or /Licenses/Avid/LICENSE.pdf in the Pro Tools 12.5 dmg and zip).

Yes that's what's in the OP. I would like to see the EULA for purchased project space.
from the same EULA
Your three Free Projects may use no more than a combined total of 500MB of online storage. Avid may, in its discretion, offer additional online space for purchase subject to separate terms and conditions.

thanks

I see what you're saying but according to what the OP posted, the quote leaves a lot open to interpretation. Doesn't specify who exactly Avid will "communicate and distribute such content" to. Seems like that sentence should end with "communicate and distribute such content to your collaborators".

Thanks for your patience. You can find the "Terms and Conditions" presented in Step 3 of the process to "Change My Cloud Plan" starting at My Avid Cloud (prior to purchase) which includes a link to Subscription Terms and Conditions, and the updated End User License Terms for Avid Software can be found linked from that same page on the right side under Legal Notices.
