AVID: Find my mp3 CUBS Activation code

On my order 2279839, back in 2010, I ordered MP3 option. I kept all the emails but the CUBS activation number doesn't exist on my view order sheet when I bought it. There is no download, it's by code only.
I'm asking AVID Pro Tools to find my activation number by looking up the 2010 order, and emailing me the information. Thanks.
