Default Update Activation PTMP9 to PT11 ilok issue?

I am having trouble using update activation codes from PT MP9 to PT11. When I login at avid.com I type in the activation code and hit enter. I am then asked for my ilok account name. I punch it in and hit enter. From that point it hangs for a really long time and I get the message, "The web site you are accessing has experienced an unexpected error. Please contact the website administrator". I've tried this with IE, Safari and Explorer with cookies allowed from several computers.

Is this related to the problems they are having at iLok? Their server appears to be up, I am able to login to ilok.com and their new license manager has a connection to their server.

Do I need to start a ticket with Avid or iLok?

Thanks!
