Talking good PC to run pro tools 9 on??

Hello:
I have a PC right now that is giving me problems with pro tools 9.
it is a acer aspire am3400-b2072
Athlon II X2 215(2.7GHz) 4GB DDR3 320GB HDD Capacity ATI Radeon HD 4250 Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit + 1 TB drive for pro tools.

it works but locks up when bouncing to disk and when i have about 8 tracks with 3-4 plug-ins on each track. locks up a lot lately just trying to record drums ( Roland e-drums ) with midi in to superior drummer.

I was thinking of getting a new PC it has....

AMD 8-Core FX-8120 Accelerated Processor 3.1GHz

with Turbo Core 2.0 Technology up to 4.0GHz
Window 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
AMD 980G Chipset
8192MB DDR3 Dual-Channel Memory
Integrated ATI Radeon HD 4250 Graphics
2TB SATA Hard Drive ( Green Product-Variable RPM)
16X DVD+/-R/RW Super Multi Drive
High Def Audio with 5.1 Channel Surround Sound Support
Multi-In-One Digital Media Card Reader
10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet LAN ( RJ-45 Port )
10 USB 2.0 Ports ( 4 Front, 6 Rear )
2 USB 3.0 Ports ( 2 Rear )
1 HDMI Port
1 VGA Port

Does any one see a problem with this set up to use it just for pro tools?
or any thing i should change to have it run better?

Integrated graphics can be a show stopper. I can't speak for the rest. While some consider it old, the intel i7 on an X58 motherboard is still a solid work horse with Pro Tools.
