PT LE 7.3.1 NOT LAUNCHING AFTER 10.4.9 combo update ! HELP
PT LE 7.3.1 NOT LAUNCHING AFTER 10.4.9 combo update ! HELP
this was working for a little while but now PT does not launch. what should i do? PLEASE HELP !

yes - that doesn't have any helpful info.
it says that 10.4.9 is compatible with 7.3.1. cs3 if you install 10.4.9 using the combo installer. i did install with the combo installer. it worked for a little while but, now for some reason PT is not launching. i just got off the phone with tech support and he basically told me to reformat my system with 10.4.8 this sucks!!!

This happened to me and I reinstalled the combo update again and repaired permissions. It then worked.

Hmmmmm......Wait a bit and see who else jumps in on this.......there is bound to be someone who has managed to find a solution short of a reformat.

Have you tried an uninstall and reinstall of Pro Tools yet?

the pre-bind script worked!
what the hell was that? i re-installed back to PT LE 7.3.1 cs2. should i go up to 7.3.1 cs3 ??? i am still running OS X 10.4.9 THANK YOU!!!!!
