Pro Tools 11 Activation Issue

I recently had to remove Pro Tools 11 from my windows 7 64 bit system because of a software issue. I have the pro tools 11 activation code stored on my Ilok account. I am going to try and reinstall pro tools. However, i have lost the authorization code that came with my hard copy of pro tools. Is there some other way that i can retrieve the authorization code so i can download Pro tools directly from Avid?
