Parts department phone # for North America ?

Hi all
Does anyone know the Parts department phone # for North America ?

If you phone there, the only option seems to be to buy a subscription first.
So I have to pay money just to ask if a part is available or not ?
I didn't get any search results online, and trying any options to talk to someone to ask to be transferred just sends you to various voicemails.

All I want to do is buy a part#VLMS5605(scribble script?) for a legacy product,
if it's even still available. D show profile.
I don't see any hits come up for this part on line, and the supplier in Canada doesn't have it.

Try these guys as they are an Avid approved repair shop(so they can get parts and may have stock).

Go through a dealer to request parts. This is Avid's way of operating.
Full Compass, for a long time, had some Avid parts available online.

But it's easiest to go through a dealer.
