Question OMF vs. AAF reliability

Are .aaf files more reliable / less buggy than .omf files? Was thinking about recommending Automatic Duck to clients that use FCP systems. Really hard to say unless you actually purchase it and use it for a while to see which one is better so hoping someone on here has some experience with this. Am I going to get an ROI with the Automatic Duck purchase of AAF export?

Reasoning is reliability has become as issue and also extra editorial time for editors to remove the "Command-B" from FCP timelines. Also on my end I work on super-fast turn around t.v. shows so the "fades" but that causes clips to randomly get out of sync 1-3 seconds adds additional editorial time when FCP can't include those in the export because of the bug.

With Automatic Duck, you can create referenced AAFs that actually preserve the metadata, which OMFs do not. This is the way to go.

I have much better luck with OMF.

But I do believe Automatic Duck is now a freebie -
