Default Yamaha 01v & Digi001

Messing with around with some ASIO setup today, I did something to knock out my 01v lightpipe connection to Pro Tools via my OO1. I made the connection again. I'm getting that classic digital noise. I can't remember the appropriate set up to use. Is anybody using the same configuration?

Thanks in advance.
