Can anyone explain this error code?
Im running HDX 12 (ultimate) on a new 2019 iMac pro - Mojave 10.14.3 with a new Apogee Symphony
Could not complete your request because Assertion in "/Volumes/Development/223020/ProTools/DirectIO/Source/CBerlinIODevice.cpp", line 664. I get this at least once every two days without fail. My session crashes, I get this error and then I gotta trash my PT preferences for PT to open again. Thus I lose all my I/O prefs and its really really frustrating. I haven't been able to find anything online about this one... thanks in advance.

Pro Tools Ultimate 12 isn't supported on Mojave.

There is no Ultimate 12. only HD12 or 2018/2019 Ultimate so what version is it!?
