Xpand is causing PTF to freeze

Downloaded, installed.
PTF freeze when I open any template.
I force quit PTF. Launch PTF. I create a new stereo instrument track. I insert xpand2. PTF freeze.

I restart the computer. Still freezing.

I'm re-installing PTF right now.

Will report back.
