URGENT: Installing 8.0.0 -> 8.0.4 on snow leopard

We have just installed Snow leopard 10.6.3 on our 2 x 2 Ghz Xeon intel mac.

We have tried to install PTLE 8.0.0 that came with the 003Rack with no succes. Error #-5000 to do with authorization prevents us from satrting PT up for the first time.

We now learned that 8.0.0 only runs on Leopard 10.5 and 10.4.x.

We are downloading the 8.0.4 update right now.

How do we go about installing PT 8.0.4 now??

We are starting courses tomorrow morning, so we need help right away.

Did the installation fail or will it just not run ? If it installed ok just put the 8.04 on and you should be fine. If you have registered you should have a full installer for 8.03 which will run under Snow Leopard, but you should be fine, we have a machine on SL that was installed from 8.0 DVD then upgraded through CS releases then 8.03 now 8.04 and it's ok.

The installation failed, but we are ok now. We reinstalled 8.0.0 without launching, and then installed 8.0.4 on top of it and 8.0.4 launched fine.
