Default Hard Drive Question?

Hey DUC! Quick question. Using an External Lacie d2 extreme HD w/ ptle 7.1 and a Dell Inspiron 9300. In the properties for the Lacie should I choose Optimize for quick removal or Optimize for performance. ( Write caching and safe removal) This is the tab located under the HD properties then Hardware tab than Policies tab.

Thanx for the help!

Default Re: Hard Drive Question?

Choose Performance. Then try to make sure you only disconnect it by using the "safely remove hardware" function(on the system try bottom right) or when the system is powered off.
