Default redundant e-mail!

I know this will be considered irrelevant and immaterial but, My wife just informed me that a whole slew of e-mails has turned up on her computer, all related to the DUC. I checked and all of them are duplicates of threads and posts to stuff that either I have posted on the DUC, or others have responded to! (I don't have e-mail on my pc since it's used for recording. I do however have Internet access but I don't go there unless absolutely necessary). Anyway, can anyone tell me why this is happening and what I can do to stop it? I realize that part of my DUC profile included our e-mail address but I thought that was private. Thanks

go into your user cp, then into edit subscriptions, and erase all the subscription in there. Then go into the edit options, under the part called Messaging & Notification, place the Default Thread Subscription Mode to do not subscribe

Now when you post in a thread, make sure that in the lower part of the thread where it says thread subscription, you have "Do not subscribe"

Thanks Emcha audio. I was not aware of this option. I'll do it!

Is that in case your wife finds out about all the juicy gossip on the DUC Tez?
