NEW REWARD: Music production tips from Quincy Jones
Not sure where to put this.....
reward loyalty from Avid I got a rewards email for loyal user which apparently has given me 3 credits valued unto $120 which can be collected via "My Products and Subscriptions" page on Avid. So I take my special code off to Groove3. there are a list of videos and eBooks available on the page. so I input my special code and go through the registering bit.... then it tells me I have no credits? anyone else having this experience?

If you chose any of your 3 credits ...it`s in your cart just keep on going with the purchase.....it won`t ask for visa details cause the price is 0......then go to your products and there you find your videos/books.

ok I figured out my prob, you have to take the credit voucher in your prod page through to checkout then your off to the very limited selection of free stuff.... the page you get from you link in your Avid prod page

Not to hijack the post, but I am in a similar situation.
The "Get the reward" button takes me to my account, but there is nothing from Groove 3 there. I checked "My products" and "My special awards', and there 's nothing there. Any ideas? Incidentally, I didn't receive any communication about Quincy Jones tutorials.
