Default Distortion in the chanel

Hello!! A few weeks ago a strange bug started with my DAW. I use PT 7.4cs8 HD 1/ 96 I/O Mojo DNA running on HP XW8600 Bios V1.32. While recording ADR session, after pressing stop... the signal still present in monitor with digital distortion and sometimes even may loop a few words. (Seems like it sticks in the channel path) After starting a record again the bug disappear. In originally recorded track everything is OK. It is also affects the sends signal where usually the monitoring for actors routed, but the signal is not distorted. It is with short reverb. Restarting the DAW helps but not for a long time. Will check the DigiTest in the morning but I think it will not help. Any ideas??? ))
