Doing it on my laptop now, but I have no hopes it'll fix the dumb noise burst issue that showed up for the first time with 8.0.3. Luckily, main rig is HD so I don't really live or die by the laptop/LE system and so don't care if it screws things up further (seeing as I can only edit in shortbursts at a time as it is.)

Downloading now. I'll install tonight and report back. We've been running 8.0.3 for a couple weeks now without any issues.

Why? The release note tells you what it fixes, unless you have one of the devices mentioned I wouldn't have thought there was any reason to install this?

Why not. It's recommended, even if you don't use the device. I have an image of my system I can roll back to if I have any issues.

*Even if you do not use an Eleven Rack, this update is recommended for all Pro Tools HD, LE, and M-Powered version 8.0.3 users to provide session compatibility with other users that may have an Eleven Rack.

Fixed: Some Eleven Rack features, HyperControl with M-Audio keyboards, and MIDI Sysex dumps not functioning properly in Pro Tools 8.0.3 (Items #120240 and MISCCOMP-61)

• Pro Tools 8.0.3cs1 resolves an issue with MIDI Sysex in which some functions of Eleven|Rack, HyperControl with M-Audio keyboards, and MIDI Sysex dumps would not function properly.
• This release replaces the 8.0.3 Eleven Rack Update. All users who previously downloaded the 8.0.3 Eleven Rack Update should update to 8.0.3cs1.

I updated. No prolems so far. We will see but so far the update doesn't suck.

After going to 8.0.3 cs1, have any of you tried to import data from another session? I just get errors now. May just be me, but I'm curious if it's happened to anyone else.

Updated and ran all night without issues. No problems here with importing session data.
