Default Xpand2 and TL Metro not working

I've just installed pro tools for the first time. The only problems so far are xpand2 and tl metro. They will open, but not getting any sound or play. All other virtual instruments and plug-ins are working fine. Using the same instrument track I can play any other virtual inst, but when I switch to xpand2 or tl metro I get nothing. HELP ME!!

TL Metro is a metronome and should be put as an insert on an Aux Input track. As for Xpand2, make sure it is finding the content file (Xpand2.big).

Hope this helps.

Ok TL Metro does work, but I'm still having problems with 'Xpand2'. I don't think its able to find the content. I can't find the content. What is the default location? How do I get 'Xpand2' to find it? Why does the installer not put the content where its suppose to go???

Thanks for the help.
Mike
