Can I suggest Option+Control+brackets for toggling between playlists? That would put it all in one spot. Open bracket for previous and close bracket for next...

Good call Mike, that's a great feature. I moved from PT7.4 straight to PT9 so I'm still learning all the features implemented since PT8.

why not using a keyboard with english key-layout...:

in osx u have to switch to US keyboard layout when u´re using PT... doing this for myself for a long time now; works great for me.

Find a way on my Belgian Keyboard azerty
Here it is :
ctrl/`=new playlist (with auto name)
ctrl/command (apple)/`=duplicate playlist (with auto name)
Work for me it's open a field for entering name of playlist

ps here my "`" key is also label with "£" it is just near the return button on the left side
