Pro Tools HDX 10.2

Hi

Please I would like to ask a question regarding the recording in
Pro. Tools 10.2 HDX (instrument track to audio track) it’s making delay, hanging and disabled “the buffer size am using is 128 samples.

Also note that the Xpand! 2 library is not responding.



Please advise.

Not sure how powerful your computer is but if your bouncing an instrument track to an audio track, by bussing the output of the instrument track to the bus input of an audio track, you can use the highest buffer of 1024 since latency is not an issue. If your CPU is not the best, our you don't have the entire timeline cached, a high buffer for counting is the way to go..
