How can I make Pro Tools LE recognize my midi keyboard?
Does anyone know How can I make Pro Tools LE recognize my midi keyboard.
What are the settings in Pro Tools I am suppose to use. Can get any midi recording/playback done. Thanks |

Jonah's right. Initially, if you have your Midi tracks created, you need to create a Stereo Auxillary track. On it's fader in the Mix Window, you need to assign it to the same inputs as you have your Midi keyboard(or whatever) plugged into in the back of the Digi box. If that doesn't get you going, post back with more info..... -Roy

You have a midi channel up with it's input set to Digi001, right? I found that I had to set it to Midi All to get midi in.And you've record enabled the track to?o To hear the audio you'll need an aux or audio track set up to recieve input from your midi device.
Perhaps you could post again if you've done all of these. |
