Default Advice on monitoring / fader / headphone solution

Hi,
So I have a small project studio with a booth. Primarily doing audio recording(gospel / R&B) and audio touch up work (spoken word, seminars, etc) as well as video editing in final cut. HD accel 2 pcie setup with booth and various outboard gear. I use to have a tascam fw-1884 interface that I used for monitoring and fader control until I got rid of it. I was interested in purchasing a tascam dm-4800 as it seemed like a better fit for me than a used control 24 or c24. It will basically allow me to do monitoring, headphones, fader control, mixing, secondary interface in pro-tools 9 and other DAWs plus I could upgrade with a surround card or use it for Final Cut. Essential removing two old powered yamaha amps for my NS10s in the process.

Before I go out and spend money on this can any one tell me what they are doing as far as for monitoring / fader / headphone solution?

There are not that many single products that do all of that... most are going to accomplish this with a few modules...

The closest thing I can think of (because of your requirement that it also function as an interface for ProTools) is the SSL Nucleus:

I use a Control 24 for faders, panning, fx sends and transport, and for surround monitoring. But for stereo monitoring and headphone sends I use an SPL 2Control.
