both ircam and antares make 'em;

Thanks everybody. I guess I forgot to mention that I was looking for a free plugin. I already tried looking for one in dontcrack.com. The only thing I found there for vocals were that Isotope plugin to make your vocals sound like it's coming from an old radio.

you could try wrapping a free VST one but you would need FX Expansion wrapper

I wanted AIR to do one but that's not going to happen now

There's also Waves Morphoder, but it's not free.

The Mouth by NI. It will surprise you. Not a full Vocoder but who gives a [bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep]! Just sing something and insert it. Bam!

It's not free but I can reccomend Eiosis ELS Vocoder. The only half decent rtas vocoder I know of.

If you want free open source check out Audacity 2.0.2 and the LADSPA plugins.
The LADSPA package is downloaded from the audacity site and contains an vocoder.
