Default Buffer sizes missing pt11
Hi,
Could someone help , when I go to setup and click buffer size , all I have is 512 and 2024 , I should have a lot more options here down to 128 at least, help ?.. I have pt 11 11.3.2..

Are you on mac or windows ?!
More system and interface info please .
Also what interface is displayed on that same HW menu ?

Hi,
yes sorry I am on windows 7 sp1 , I am running a focusrite 18i20 with the isa 1 pre amp with a digi card installed , recording vocals through a light pipe on adat 1 . both pre and interface set to 44.100 . hope thats enough info , and thanks...

Ok thanks !

Well fisrt , while Protools is open please check and be shure that the focusrite isn't the default audio playback selected on windows sound control panel .

No dont disable it . Just make the default playback device another audio card . And leave the focusrite avialable only for PT while runing .

Well relaunch the HW playback in PT screen and check if you can change the buffer and the other sizes are available . Or restart PT .

Do you have the last driver for your focusrite installed ?
