The M-Audio M-Track Plus is a newer m-audio interface, a current product introduced by M-Audio after Avid sold the M-Audio division to inMusic a couple of years ago. It should include Pro Tools Express and Ignite software.

You can download the Ignite software for free and use it with your interface, but the Pro Tools Express software requires (and comes with) an iLok USB key for authorization.

It does not ship with Pro Tools SE software, and never did as far as I know. Which means that the Pro Tools SE software would not work with it, since SE only supported specific M-Audio interfaces released before the M-Track Plus.

For more information on Pro Tools Express software, see the link above on the M-Audio website, and this FAQ in the Pro Tools Express forum here.

If you bought it from a retailer and it included Pro Tools SE software by mistake, or included no software at all, you should contact the retailer and ask about the Pro Tools Express software that should have been included.

If you bought it from an individual, or second hand, and it did not include Pro Tools Express software and an iLok USB key for authorization, then you should ask them where that software is.
