S3L owners how are you casing it?

I live in South Hadley, MA but the console is on it's way to tour and won't be back except for Sept. 2-4. Then it ships to Europe for another tour that runs until Oct. 20.

Looks like the keyboard is to be turned 90 degrees before being put into the case on the right of the engine.

Hi Jason,
What Pelican case model # you are using? I'm thinking of putting my S3 in the Pelican Air 1615 which leaves only a 3/4" of foam on all sides. Not sure if that is enough protection. I need to travel with mine like luggage this seems to be the largest of Pelican cases that meet airline requirements. My only experience with Pelican cases was a 4 slot hot swap drive case.
Any other suggestions besides using the original packaging?
