Moving sessions from win 10 to MacOS
I have PT 11.3 sessions that were recorded in Windows 7. I now have windows 10 and i want to take these sessions to PT 11.3 on Sierra 10.12.6. How can i do this successfully?

Simply copy them over.

And make sure you have everything that's in the session, particularly if there's audio that's not in the session folder but is used in the session. That's why it's good when importing audio to copy the audio to the session folder.

If your old sessions are on an external drive, just connect it to your Windows machine and use Paragon HFS+ https://www.paragon-software.com/home/hfs-windows/
Ultimately, I would move everything to an internal recording drive and re-format or put the old drive in the closet(you never know when you may need it again)
