Help with M-Powered upgrade

Hi, I have recently purchased the upgrade for pro tools m powered essential on the avid website, but have not been able to download the actual uprade.

- I click on Activate and download your product but i do not have an activation code

- When i click 'My products' it shows only the 3rd party content which doesnt include the upgrade

- I click on 'Products not yet downloaded' and finally see "Pro Tools M-Powered 8.0 Upgrade (Qty: 1)" so i click 'Download Now' but when i go through it, it asks me for an iLok Code

please help someone


also do the backup discs that come with it allow you to install the upgrade using them? thanks
