Default DAE error -9126

Hi all,

I have moved some files from my primary work drive to a RAID drive. When I go to open these files, I get a DAE error -9126, and the files fail to open.

Please help! I currently have no way to open these! I have much work to do.

I am running a Mac with Snow Leopard, plus PT v8. This a HD system.

Thanks, much, all!

Guy

I didn't know RAID drives were supported. There are at least two other threads in the last 24 hours with problems with RAID config's.

The session works ok from your usual work drive?

Yah, that, indeed, appears to be the problem. Yet another case of operator error. : ) Thanks for your help!

Hello,

I have the same problem DAE error -9126. I am saving my sessions to an external RAID drive that I just bought, and, although I can open them from my older drive, I can not open them from the new. What can I do ?
Thank you !

As I am having similar problems, may I ask: 1) Are either, none or both of the drives running at 7200 rpm; I will assume you have updated drivers. I am led to believe 9126 is a hardware error, so RAM could be an issue, but I see you were able to open the files previously. OK. I'm out.
