No customer support???
Hey folks, what´s going on?
I´m trying to contact digi via mail several times because of serious troubles with my registration here in germany. All I get back is this generated answer: ============================== THIS IS AN AUTOMATED REPLY * ============================== Thank you for inquiring with Digidesign Customer Service Administration. Our US offices will be closed for the 4th of July holiday (July 3rd through the 6th) and will reopen on Monday, July 7th. Am I missing something? Isn´t July 7th already over??? I am having trouble as well Digidesign CSadmin mailbox gets full so they sometimes do not get you email. Phone them instead.

Sorry guys, but
WHAT`S THE MATTER??????????? [img]images/icons/mad.gif[/img] I´m feeling really pi**ed off ... getting no support from digi in germany: "No, you´re an alien, you´re not from digi world, you´re not registered, there´s no support for you..." ... and nobody from digi USA contacting me. My turn... please respond to ME!
I have been emailing and call from Canada for weeks, my posts to this board are censored when I complain about lack of customer support. I am looking for my 6.02 disk, I have been waiting and calling and emailing for weeks and now 6.1 is out. My collegues and I have had to get demo copies of 6.02 from our retailers. They cannot get through to customer support either. When I call I get hung up on, I have spent $80.00 on hold in the last month and sent countless emails without response. I have spent close over $4000 can on a DIGI002 and no support. Please do not delete this post. Please respond, send me a disk, let me register, let me download 6.1 |
