Default lost ilok support

I lost my ilok. I reported it to ilok but am having trouble reporting it to Avid. I am in Australia and so need to email avid. Any suggestions on what i do next

There is no nice way to say this but; Your iLok is like your wallet. You lose that, you lose your money unless you have insurance.

Avid or iLok aren't legally obliged to do anything though if you email them they may take pity on a poor soul...just don't hold your breath.

First of all you have to start Rme process with Ilok but you have to be sure you have lost it, because the process is not reversable. After that you have to contact each vendor for the replacement of your licences that was on the ilok. As far as contacting the Avid i believe you have to go to avid store and purchase a ASC code. Avid will redeposit your licenses for one time with a fee of 15£. Good luck.
