Pad Switch on MBox2 Pro not functioning.
Looking for some help here.
One of the pad buttons on my MBox2 Pro no longer stays depressed. If I want to use it I need to tape it down. Is this a simple fix (ie: I take it apart and could easily diagnose and fix it) or should it take it get repaired? If so is this an expensive repair? Is this common with the MBox2 Pro? Thanks folks-Happy New Year! Cloudboy |

Re: Pad Switch on MBox2 Pro not functioning.
Personally, I'm a tinkerer and I have fixed many little problems like this.
But if the actual switch component on the board has something broken inside, it is unlikely you will be able to fix it. I (as in me) would take the cover off, and try to see if maybe some debris is in there blocking the thing or something like that... But I would not recommend that you do this if you are not totally comfortable with digging around in there or if you are unwilling to accept the consequences of screwing up.. I also don't know the warranty ramifications. In that case, I would call Digi and see what they suggest.. YMMV
