Where and How?
I have 1 PT12HD and 2 PT12 Vanilla Support Contracts and actually have no idea how to open a support case....
I also can't seem to find any of my 3 "system IDs" listed in my account. Any one know how to find all of this? Thanks!

They should be both in your avid account and in the application monitor.
