Midi Dropped Notes

I'm relitivly new to pro tools so this may be a simple problem but I don't know. When I've recorded MIDI during playback some notes fail to play. All the note show up and sound while recording. If I move the track around different notes will drope and if I duplicate different notes or the entire section will drop. I've fiddled with velocity volume ect. but nothing changes. Any Ideas?

Pro Tools LE 7.1.3
Mbox 2pro
Intel Core Duo 2Ghz IMac
MacOSX 10.4.10
1 Gb Ram
