Avid Third Party Content

Hi

I really need some help here.

I have been using Pro Tools MP8 for a couple of years now. I have just looked into the Melodyne Essentials that came with it. I enter the third party activation code on the avid website. Ok no problems here. The code is recognised so I enter my contact information. Website crashes and restarts. I re-enter my activation code ------ I'm sorry this code has already been used! I know! I entered it only a couple of minutes ago! It's my code!

now what do I do? I have my legitimate bought version of PT8 and I've been screwed over with the code.

Help ..... Please?

An Activation/Redemption Code is only used once. Did you look in My Products and Subscriptions or Product Not Yet Downloaded next?

Thanks for the quick reply.

It is telling me that I do not own any products, which is interesting since I have the digidesign email confirming my PT registration.

No products listed in Not Yet Downloaded.

Is there anyway I can get a new activation code - I have been robbed of my content because the site crashed.

Your help would be greatly appreciated!
