Default C24 Led Display Problem

Hello, i just switched on my new C24 nd i noticed the LED Display [Channel Strip Display] looks bit darker at the edges. at th \e middle its Orange and in sides it looks black. can anyone knows how to fix this problem? is it bcoz of too much contrast? if so, can anyone advise me how to access Contrast menu?
please be kind enough to advise me. appreciated a lot.

Hi Malinda,

Found this quote in the archives.

"My problem is that I can hardly read the scrible strip from my mix position, (I can read it just fine standing up on top of the console and slightly leaning forward) so, the first thing that I did was look up contrast on the manual and I found it at page 143. I followed the instructions, but couldn't find the Pref Pages so I downloaded the pdf, Control 24 guide, same thing on page 155 which represents page 143 of the hard copy manual states the same. So I call digi and I'm told that the manual shouldn't have this in there and that it's a misprint, and that the C24 doesn't have this function."

You can always try to reset the default settings and see if that makes a difference. Go to Utility>SysReset.

Otherwise it looks like there may be some faulty LED's in your control 24.

The thread is old... but I just bought a used C24 and here it's the same.
Malinda, were you able to fix this problem in 2009? Thanks!
