PT10 not seeing Digi 002 rack!

I had some distortion issues earlier today. I believe I have that resolved however now I cannot get it to see the 002 rack any longer.

I tried firing up PT while holding the N key and it still doesn't give me the 002 hardware option.

Any thoughts?

Can you test the 002 on another system? Does the 002 make endless clicking sounds(3 clicks on startup is normal)? If its the controller, will it go into "stand alone mode"? Will the MUTE button turn off? These are symptoms of the old power harness issue, which might be at play here. Also, when you did the PT10 install, did you first install the latest driver for the 002?(note they have separate drivers for the rack version and controller version).

It's recognizing the 002 rack now. My drivers needed to be updated however I am still back to my old problem of CPU completely redlining now in PT10. UGH!!!
