Default 9128 errors and audio distortions.

My total set up is a Dell dimension 3000 (stats below)
with a M-audio firewire 1814 and pro tools M-powered 7.

I receive distortion and clicking during play back with pro tools. I also
received a error message stating the my CPU was running low (9128)

Also a seperate problem before I loaded the new version 7 I was having
distortion when I played back CD's through my DVD-rom or dvd burner.
