Default DigiHFS not installing (HFS+ Driver)

I selected the DigiHFS installation within ProTools setup and a folder named "Mediafour" was created in my x32 Program folder.
This folder contains installation files in subfolders for Windows x32 and x64. I am unable to run neither setup files nor Windows .msi Installer packages in those folders.
I compared the folder structure with my other computer where I run Windows 7 and ProTools 10 as well, and the same folders appear. With one exception, DigiHFS was aditionally installed in my x64 Program folder and it is running properly.

So, how come the same installation is working on one computer but failing on the other?
