Authorization code won\'t work
I just reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled everything. When I launched Pro Tools for the first time it asked me for my authorization code, but for some reason it keeps telling me my code is invalid.
I really don't know what to do. I called Digi, but they're not taking calls right now because "they're experiencing an unuasually high volume of traffic." Can anyone help me? I must be doing something wrong. But I've tried entering the code multiple times, and I've double and triple checked to make sure it's right. I'm using the code on my QuickStart sheet that is in this format: PN xxxx-xxxxx-xx REV A 11/06 I even tried using the code on the inside cover of my Getting Started PDF, and the code in my Upgarading to 7.0 PDF, but none of them have worked! Re: Authorization code won\'t work
The correct code starts with DIGI0 and is case sensitive.
It's been reported here that the code for the Mini is now located on the install disc paper sleeve. Prior to that it was always on the inside cover of the Getting Started manual. |
